Setting goals....
Setting Goals gives purpose, focus, direction and motivation.
Look at different areas of your life and think about the areas that are important to you. Consider those areas of your life that could benefit from some additional attention, those areas that you'd like to improve upon.
For example:
- Family
- Friends
- Partner/ Significant other
- Career/ Work
- Finance
- Health/ Wellness
- Social life
- Home/ Surroundings
- Spirituality/ Faith
- Work/ Life balance
- Time/ Task management
- Retirement
- Contribution to the greater good
- Personal development/ Growth
Then think about the most important areas to you right now. Which areas, if worked on/ developed in a positive way would make the greatest impact on your life? Select top 3 and develop SMART goals in those areas.
