You are not alone, here are the possible reasons why you are always tired. Why getting enough sleep is important for your body Do you have enough sleep at night? Well, the average sleep time for a normal human being should be 8-6 hours. Lack of enough sleep results in hangovers; they contribute to your tiredness during the day. The amount of sleep depends on the age; babies need more hours followed by teenagers and finally adults less time. Solution for this problem is simple. Have enough sleep at night; it’s the precursor to an exciting energizing day ahead. Your health should be the priority, have enough rest at night.
